highest level of protection. When you're analyzing liquidity ratios or
reviewing solvency metrics, you need confidence that your information
stays secure.
This policy explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your
data when you use our financial analysis platform. We've designed our
practices to comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
while maintaining the transparency you deserve.

What Information We Collect
Running a financial analysis platform means we handle several types
of data. Here's what we collect and why each piece matters for your
experience.
Account Information
- Your name and email address for account creation
- Company information when you're analyzing business
finances
- Phone number if you choose to add it for account
recovery
- Password (which we encrypt and never store in plain
text)
Financial Analysis Data
This is the heart of what we do. When you upload financial
statements or input data for liquidity analysis, we temporarily
process this information to generate your reports. We don't store
raw financial data longer than necessary to complete your analysis.
Usage Information
We track how you use our platform - which analysis tools you
prefer, how often you generate reports, and where you might be
getting stuck. This helps us improve the platform and doesn't
include any of your actual financial data.
How We Use Your Information
Every piece of data we collect has a specific purpose. We don't
believe in collecting information "just in case" - here's exactly
what we do with your data.
Platform Operations
Processing your financial data to generate liquidity ratios,
solvency metrics, and trend analyses. This includes temporary
storage during calculation periods.
Account Management
Maintaining your user account, handling password resets, and
providing customer support when you need help with analyses.
Service Improvement
Analyzing usage patterns to enhance our financial analysis tools
and identify which features provide the most value to users.
Legal Compliance
Meeting our obligations under Thailand's PDPA and maintaining
records as required by financial services regulations.

multiple layers of protection to keep your information safe from
unauthorized access.

information about what happened and what we're doing about it. We
also report incidents to Thailand's Personal Data Protection
Committee as required by law.

service provider. This includes your analysis history and account
